I went here for the first time after exchanging emails with Germán Alvarez. He was very professional, answered all my questions regarding my A.R.E. Z Series truck cap for my 2018 F150. After we met in person, he took my order, advised me of the ongoing financing and rebates and was very knowledgeable about the product. He kept me updated on the order progress and even found time to add the 2 inch leveling kit and had it installed the same day as the Z cap. Customer service of this caliber is the exception rather than the rule these days. I highly recommend Total Offroad and More on FM1960 near Kuykendahl Road.

These guys are AWESOME. I took my Jku there this morning to have some work done, was greeted by Eric right away. As a new customer he got my information in quickly and offered me a place to hang out in their waiting area while they pulled my jeep in and did their thing. Ben came out when everything was said and done and filled me in on all he found and what he did to get it fixed right up for me. I'm not incredibly knowledgeable on a lot but Ben answered all my questions and made sure I completely understood everything he did. The shop itself is clean and just a great overall atmosphere. I'll 100% be back for any of my future needs. 10/10 recommend you check these guys out for whst ever you'll need.
