Total Offroad Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer three ways to return or exchange it:
- Ship it back to us.
- Return or exchange at any Total Offroad & More Store.
- Fast Exchange: Simultaneously return and ship new product.
- Call us for a Fast Exchange.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Any shipping claims must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Shippers will not accept a claim after 10 days.
- If your item was damaged in shipping, please go the shippers website and file a claim
- UPS Claims
- FedEx Claims
- Freight Shipments: Refuse delivery and call the number on the bill of lading.
- If you sign for a freight shiment and declare that you received it in good condition, the freight company will not consider any damage claims that you later submit.
- Then submit an RMA with us so that we can follow up and process a replacement order.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any non-special order cancelled in time to stop shipment can be cancelled for a full refund.
- We generally ship items quickly.
- Cancellations may not always be possible.
- Special Order, Made-to-Order, or Custom Painted items may incur cancellation fees or may be impossible to cancel, depending on where in the manufacturing process the item is.
- Any order that has shipped must follow our return policies.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must submit a RMA from your online account stating the reason for the return. This insures that we have all of the relevant information to properly identify the return and provide you your credit.
- Returns within 30 days of receipt of the order may be returned for a full refund if the part(s) has not been installed or modified and the part is complete.
- Please read the Fine Print below.
- Returns due to incorrect parts ordered or are no longer needed may be returned with 3 months. The buyer must return the product in person or ship the product back to one of our stores. Return shipping expenses will be paid by the buyer.
- Returns due to product defect, incorrect fitment specifications on the website, incorrect item shipped, or shipping damage will be covered by Total Offroad & More. Fill out the RMA form online, and we will work with you to make it right.

- Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance Specials
- Special or Custom Made-To-Order Items
- Custom Painted Items
- Tires or Wheels that have been mounted and/or installed
- Opened Electrical Equipment such as
- Programmers
- Computers
- Chips
- Wiring Kits
- Snow Chains
- Scratch-And-Dent items that are essentially as described.
- The original shipping charges, if any, to send the item to the buyer will not be refunded.
- Returns shipped to us will either go to one of our stores or to the warehouse that shipped the product to you.
- Please wait for the shipping instructions, address, and documentation after submitting the RMA form.
- Any item shipped to us must included the provided RMA documentation.
- Items returned without RMA documentation will be impossible to identify and will be disposed of.
- No refund will be made.
- Lost or damaged shipping claims will be covered by the shipping company, and not by Total Offroad & More.
- We recommend buying sufficient shipping insurance to cover the price of the item.
- Items returned without RMA documentation will be impossible to identify and will be disposed of.
- Returned items will be inspected for completeness, damage, and to verify that the part that was returned is the part that was purchased.
- Items that are not complete, undamaged, and the correct part number will not be accepted.
- These items will not receive a refund.
- These items can be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense, or disposed of.
