Was having some issues with my Jeep Gladiator that is very custom. It was making noises and clanking in the front end. I looked at it and could see it needed tie rod ends. So I called and spoke to Lonny he ordered the parts. I dropped off the Jeep and they ran into an issue with the new tie rod. He kept after the Steer Smarts to figure out the issue. After install and inspection by the shop manager Richard that found a major crack in my EVO drop down bracket. Lonny called EVO same day and got the bracket ordered. As soon as it arrived they installed it the same day and took it for a test drive with no issues. The guys at Total Off-road and More know their stuff, especially Lonny and Richard!!!
